It’s hard to believe that the firm, fit, and fabulous Sofia Lane used to be more than forty (that’s 40) pounds overweight. She says candidly that she wasn’t always making the best decisions about her health. But wowser, has this recent Playboy Sexy Wives addition turned it around.

Coming in at a buff 118 pounds with lip-smacking 34C-26-34 measurements, the San Diego fitness and lifestyle coach is now her own best advertisement. Stripping out of her form-hugging white lace bra and panties, Sofia is more than happy to let her body testify to the benefits of diet and exercise.
